Membership Upgrade
from Individual to Family

1. EACH FAMILY MEMBER must fill out a Membership form.

2. On the form, the 2nd person will choose type:
   Family (*Add'l person(s) - Fee paid by 1st person)

3. The 2nd person must live in the same household as the original member.

4. Payment of additional $10 from Individual dues. Here.
