Checks need to be mailed to the address below and Must be received by Oct 22, 2025

NOTE: Spots not paid for by Oct 22nd will be given to the next person on the waiting list

• All art entered is subject to approval of the S.E.Committee. 

Unless you are a returning artist, please attach 3 pictures of your art down below.

You will receive an approval email WITHIN 3-4 DAYS if you are accepted. If you are Not accepted, your payment will be refunded promptly. 

• Tables We have found we cannot supply tables this year… BYOT. (bring your own table). We DO have Chairs… 2 per booth.

• Setup: Friday, 3:00pm - 5:00pm and/or Saturday 8:00 am
  Your booth must be ready for customers by 10:00 am 

• No early tear-down, all artists are required to stay until 3:00pm. If you do not stay you will not be invited back.

Entrance is handicap accessible.
